When you enter into a support agreement with Fluent IT Computer Services, you gain the knowledge that whenever you need expert IT services, you can obtain them.

We provide IT Support by email, phone and remotely via software which allows us to access your PC & see exactly what you are seeing. We can then resolve any issues, install software or show you how to perform any actions which are proving problematic.

We also carry out on-site support visits as necessary.

Once we enter into a support contract we spend a period of time on-site, performing a full system audit of all IT equipment & software. This allows us to familiarise ourselves with your environment and also to introduce ourselves to your team. We pride ourselves on being the friendly & approachable face of IT & we want all of your staff to be comfortable in all of their dealings with us.

After we have audited your systems, we will work towards creating your IT Bible, a living document which remains onsite in your IT suite. The IT Bible documents your system setup, includes any software guides which we have created for you and all of your software licenses so that any IT consultant working on your systems has all pertinent information to hand.

Once we have documented your system and resolved any immediate issues, we then enter the business as usual phase of the support contract, dealing with support issues as they arise, assessing your business IT needs & supplying advice and solutions.
